- 3-6 students are allowed to book a Smart Learning Space.
- Booking is limited to a maximum of 1 hour. Users may extend the booking of up to 1 extra hour, subject to availability.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the Smart Learning Space.
- All users are responsible for:
- any loss of wireless keyboard and mouse in the Smart Learning Space and is liable for the replacement cost plus administrative cost incurred.
- the furniture and items in the room and are liable for any damages caused.
- removing all personal belongings and library materials from the room after use.
- maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the room.
- The Library reserves the right to disallow usage should users fail to comply with Library rules and regulations.]
