The Library provides bookable group study rooms across Levels 4 and 5, this page includes booking guidelines for each room type to support collaborative learning.

Group discussion rooms
Need a space to brainstorm, revise, or work on your project?
Our Library offers a wide range of bookable group spaces across different wings and levels.
You can book these rooms up to 7 days in advance.
To keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone, refrain from consuming food and drinks in the rooms.

Rooms types available for booking
Find out the types of rooms and book a space.
Discussion Room 4-1 (A.430H)
Perfect for group meetings and lively discussions.
Capacity: 3 to 10 students
Booking Duration: Up to 2 hours
Location: Level 4, North Wing
The room comes with a large touch screen display to support your work.
You can connect your device easily using the HDMI cable provided.
Project Rooms
Perfect for group meetings and quiet discussions. We have a total of 6 projects rooms available for booking.
Capacity: 3 to 10 students
Booking Duration: Up to 2 hours
Location: Level 5, Centre Wing
Project Rooms 1 and 2 come with a large touch screen display to support your work.
You can connect your device easily using the HDMI cable provided.
There is also a whiteboard in each project room for ideas and quick notes. Do bring your own markers if you would like to use it.
Before you leave, do wipe the board clean.
This helps the next group start with a fresh space.
Research Carrels
These are small, enclosed rooms for deeper research discussions. We have a total of 9 research carrels.
Capacity: 3 to 6 students
Booking Duration: Up to 2 hours
Locations: Level 5, North Wing, Level 4, North and South Wing
