Follow these steps to book:
Choose a space from the options below, based on your group size.
Go to your booking portal:
Select your date, time slot and space. You can book up to 7 days in advance.
You will receive a confirmation email. Go directly to the space at your booking time.

Spaces you can book
Choose a space to fit your needs, based on your group size and duration needed.
Solo or duo spaces (1 to 2 students)
Podulars are quiet, focused pods — great for solo revision or working with one other person.
NYP spaces: Up to 2 students

Group spaces (3 to 10 students)
These spaces are perfect for group discussions, presentations and project work.

Learning pods: Exchange your ID card for a cable connector or TV remote at the Information Services Counter on Level 4.
Things to note
Take all your belongings and leave the space clean when you're done.
You're responsible for any loss or damage to equipment or furniture.
Food and drinks are not allowed in all spaces.
