Graduate library membership

Who can apply 

Graduate membership is open to NYP graduates of the following courses who are residing or working in Singapore:

• Diploma

• Specialist Diploma

• Advanced Diploma 

• Accelerated Diploma

Benefits you get

As a graduate member, you can continue to borrow library materials and visit our spaces.

Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of registration.

Fees

Our annual membership fee is $21.80. This applies to first-time applications and subsequent renewals within 30 days before the expiry date.

Additional charges:

• Late renewals more than 30 days after the expiry date cost $54.50. Additional registration fees ($32.70) apply, as late renewals are treated as new applications.

• Replacing lost or damaged cards costs $32.70.

Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-convertible.

How to apply

1. Complete the online application form. You'll need to upload:

   • A copy of your diploma certificate

   • A coloured passport-size photo

2. Pay $21.80 at the Information Services Counter on Level 4 (NETS accepted).

3. We'll send you an email with the outcome of your application within 14 working days. 

4. Collect your card at the Information Services Counter.

How to renew

1. Complete the online renewal form.

2. Pay via AXS or at the Information Services Counter on Level 4 (NETS accepted).

3. Once your card is ready, we will send a notification to your registered email address.

4. You can collect the card at the Information Services Counter on Level 4 during operating hours.

Your renewed membership takes effect the day after your current membership expires.
