Corporate library membership
Staff from government departments, statutory boards, local companies and organisations are welcome to use our library as a corporate member. Find out how to apply, renew and manage your membership.
Who can apply
Corporate membership is open to government departments, statutory boards, local companies and organisations.
Benefits you get
As a corporate member, you can borrow library materials and visit our spaces. Find out more about your borrowing limits and loan periods.
Your organisation can apply for up to 2 corporate cards.
Each card will bear the name of the company and is valid for entry into the Library premises by only one person at a time.
Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of registration.
Your organisation must name an Authorised Representative (such as a company liaison officer) as the main point of contact. This person is responsible for looking after and using the membership card. If you need to change the Authorised Representative, submit a letter of change to the Library.
Note: Corporate members don't have remote access to the library's electronic resources due to licensing agreements with publishers and database vendors.

Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-convertible.
How to apply
Complete the online application form.
Pay S$250.70 (1 card) or S$501.40 (2 cards) at the Information Services Counter on Level 4 (NETS accepted).
We'll send you an email with the outcome of your application within 14 working days.
Collect your card at the Information Services Counter.
How to renew
Complete the online renewal form.
Pay via AXS or at the Information Services Counter on Level 4 (NETS accepted).
Once your card(s) is ready, we will send a notification to your registered email address.
You can collect the card(s) at the Information Services Counter on Level 4 during operating hours. NETS payment is accepted.
Your renewed membership takes effect the day after your current membership expires.

If any of your personal information changes, let us know promptly.

Complete the Wireless Access request form once your:
Membership card has been issued (for new members)
Renewal has been approved
